Becky Cusack launched her full-time real estate career in 2016 and quickly made an impression on the San Francisco Bay Area market. Her heart-centered approach and unique strategies skyrocketed her to the top 1% of individual agents in the nation and top-producer status in Alameda County. Leading with hyperlocal market knowledge, concierge service, and her trademark humor, Becky creates an environment of trust with her clients. Some say “rise and grind”; Becky says “rise and align.” Clients know Becky’s insights will align them with their vision because her mission is to help people love where they live.
 
Becky, a fourth-generation Alameda resident, has a deep understanding of the area’s nuances and neighborhoods, and her passion for learning drives her to always have the latest information about the local market. She uses this knowledge to help buyers find the right home in the right place. Likewise, sellers benefit from fresh marketing ideas that sell homes quickly and at the best possible price. No matter the goal, Becky is committed to working with the utmost integrity, whether that means negotiating fiercely for her clients’ best interests, managing stressful details behind the scenes, or lightening up intense situations along the way.
 
Before pursuing her real estate career, Becky graduated from Cal Poly with a degree in business administration and a concentration in marketing. Following that, she became a decorated top sales performer for business services, tech, and biotech companies. Becky received formal sales and negotiation training with some of the country’s premier businesses — skills that have since empowered her to break records for her clients.
 
Becky qualified for her real estate license in 2004 while still working in sales, inspired by her aunt and uncle, who are industry veterans. Their mentorship and Becky’s philanthropic soul encouraged her to ground her business in the community. For this reason, Becky gives a portion of every sale to a worthy cause — she donated $15,000+ in 2021 alone.
 
Becky loves real estate because she can see the positive impact of her efforts, and her achievements show her three children the benefits of dedicating time to a passion. She cherishes observing as they pursue their passions and is proud to watch as her daughter plays soccer, her son shreds on guitar, and her other son works with his bō staff.
 
In her spare time, Becky spends time at home with her 2 goldendoodles, makes sure her husband doesn’t procure any more doodles, and she hangs out with her sisters and friends!
