This includes Home and Pest Inspection reports and you sharing the information you know about your home. This improves the buyer experience and increases your chances of receiving an offer without a contingency. 

Once the house is ready, we send in a professional photographer to capture the magic. This is where most people say, “if I knew it could look like this, I never would have moved.” Nobody actually lives this way, by the way. Whether you are selling “On” the market or “Off – Market,” the approach to presenting the property to exactly the right people in exactly the right way is critical.

We are tracking the escrow all the way through to ensure a smooth close. Once escrow gives word of “recording” you should expect your proceeds to be in your account within 24 hours. Then it’s time to celebrate!
